​Singing Concert Schedules for schools - March 25th 2025, Royal Festival Hall

KS1 Concert Schedule 

  • Arrival 09.30 - 10.00am – registration and travel to your school home point

  • Rehearsal 10.45 - 12.00pm – Takes place on the main stage (there will also be a quick opportunity for your class to have a professional photograph taken)

  • Break 12.00-12.45pm

  • Concert 1.30-2.30pm  

  • Departure 2.45pm

KS2 Concert Schedule 

  • Arrival 3.00pm - 3.15pm - Registration and travel to your school home point

  • Rehearsal 3.45 – 5.00pm - Takes place on the main stage (there will also be a quick opportunity for your class to have a professional photograph taken)

  • Break 5.00-5.40pm

  • Concert 6.15- 7.15pm  

  • Departure 7.30pm
